How much is shipping?
Your cart shows the shipping cost and how close you are to free shipping. The final cost is confirmed at checkout before you pay.
Where does my order come from?
Your order is printed and shipped locally.
When will I receive my order?
Every item is personalized and made to order. Production takes 1–2 business days, then delivery takes 3–4 business days. You’ll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Is a frame included with the posters?
It's up to you! We offer both framed and unframed posters.
Can I return or cancel my order?
Because each item is made just for you, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind.
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted or different from the preview you approved, email support@everprint.co within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We’ll reprint it for free or give you a full refund.
You can cancel or change your order free of charge until it goes into production. Email us as soon as possible after ordering. Once printing has started, the order can’t be cancelled.
What's the difference between a poster and a canvas?
A poster is printed on photo paper and comes with or without a frame. A canvas is printed on canvas fabric and stretched over a frame, ready to hang.
